Set in a quiet location, the cosy and comfortable self-catering holiday cottage is in the heart of Royal Deeside, Aberdeenshire just two miles north of Dinnet on the river Dee and a short walk from the Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve.

Aberdeen is within forty five minutes drive and river, mountain, loch and forest walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep.

Situated close to Morven mountain, at the eastern edge of the Cairngorms National Park, the self catering holiday cottage is about six minutes by car from the Deeside Gliding club and within easy reach of the many attractions of Royal Deeside, including the villages of Aboyne and Ballater, as well as the ski slopes of the Lecht and Glenshee. 

The self catering cottage is warm and comfortable, with one double bedroom, and a sofa bed, sleeping up to 4 adults plus a baby.
